Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually delivered within or before 14 days from the date of order confirmation.

As a premium and elegant brand, we spend time handpicking, quality checking, and preparing every order with care before it is shipped. This ensures that only the best pieces are delivered to our customers.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier delays, product preparation, quality checks, location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery Policy

As of now, Cash on Delivery (COD) is disabled for various locations.

COD availability may depend on the customer’s delivery location, courier serviceability, and other operational factors. If COD is unavailable for your location, you may complete your purchase using the available prepaid payment options at checkout.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

At this time, Muktaroopa offers replacements mainly for products that are received in a damaged condition.

To be eligible for a replacement, the damaged product must be reported to us within the first 24 hours of delivery.

Any damage request raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Damaged Product Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp or Email with the necessary proof.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may ask you to return the damaged package to us. After we receive and verify the damaged package, we will dispatch a brand new replacement piece at no additional cost to you.

The replacement will be provided for the same product, subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, our team may contact you with the next suitable solution.

Proof Required for Damaged Product Claims

To process a damaged product request, we may require you to share proof of damage through WhatsApp or Email.

This may include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • A clear video showing the damaged area
  • A video of the product with packaging, if required
  • Order number and delivery details
  • Photos of the outer package, if the parcel was damaged during delivery

We may specifically request a video of the damaged product to verify the issue and process your request smoothly.

For best support, we recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us quickly understand the condition in which the product was received.

As of now, refunds are only available to customers who receive a completely damaged product and are able to provide the necessary proof through WhatsApp or Email.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Muktaroopa reserves the right to approve or reject a refund request after reviewing the evidence provided by the customer.

A refund may not be approved if:

  • The damage is reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Sufficient proof is not provided
  • The product appears to be used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Tags, labels, packaging, or accessories are missing
  • The issue does not qualify as a completely damaged product

Products Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund

The following cases may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, stitched, used, or dry-cleaned
  • Products with missing tags, labels, packaging, or accessories
  • Minor color variation due to screen brightness, lighting, or photography
  • Minor fabric texture or print variation
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor loose threads that can be trimmed easily
  • Slight variation in embroidery, handwork, print placement, or embellishment due to the nature of ethnic wear
  • Products returned without approval from our support team

Important Note on Product Colors

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or device display differences.

Such slight color variations are not considered defects or damage.

Important Note on Handwork, Embroidery & Embellishments

Many Muktaroopa products may include delicate embroidery, zari, sequins, beads, stones, tassels, lace, handwork, prints, or fabric detailing. Slight variations in finishing, motif placement, threadwork, or embellishment appearance may occur due to the nature of premium ethnic wear.

These small variations are part of the garment’s character and are not considered defects unless the product is received in a clearly damaged condition.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and order details are correct before placing your order.

Muktaroopa will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Package Handling After Delivery

Once your order is delivered, please inspect the package carefully.

If the outer package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, we recommend taking photos and videos before opening the parcel. This helps us support your claim in case the product inside is damaged.

Replacement Shipping Cost

If your damaged product claim is approved, and once we receive and verify the damaged package, Muktaroopa will dispatch a brand new replacement piece at no cost to you.

Replacement eligibility and shipping support will apply only to approved damaged product cases.

Stock Availability for Replacement

Replacement will be provided for the same product wherever possible.

If the same product is no longer available, our team may offer a suitable alternative, store credit, or another resolution depending on the situation and approval status.

Request Review & Approval

All replacement and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the Muktaroopa team.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee replacement or refund. Our team will carefully review the photos, videos, order details, delivery timeline, and product condition before approving any request.
