10. Cash on Delivery

As of now, Cash on Delivery, also known as COD, is disabled for various locations.

If COD is not available for your location, you may place your order using the available prepaid payment options at checkout.

16. Tracking Details

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel.

Customers are responsible for tracking their order and being available to receive the delivery.

If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept delivery, Muktaroopa will not be responsible for delays or return-to-origin issues caused by such circumstances.

17. Delivery Address

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information while placing an order.

This includes:

  • Full name

  • Complete address

  • Apartment, house, building, street, or landmark details

  • City

  • State

  • PIN code

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Muktaroopa will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost parcels, or return-to-origin cases caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer details.

If a customer enters the wrong address and the order is shipped, additional charges may apply for reshipping, subject to courier availability and business discretion.

18. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts depending on their internal policy.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, or fails to coordinate with the courier partner, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, reshipping may be subject to approval and additional conditions.

19. Package Handling

All Muktaroopa products are packed and handled with care.

However, customers are requested to inspect the outer package at the time of delivery. If the package appears opened, tampered with, crushed, wet, torn, or damaged, customers should take photos or videos before opening it.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the package, especially for premium products, embroidered garments, delicate fabrics, embellished products, and occasion wear.

This helps us review any damage claim more clearly.

20. Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, Muktaroopa primarily offers replacements for products that are received in a damaged condition and reported within the required timeline.

We do not offer general returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Colour variation due to screen settings

  • Minor fabric texture variation

  • Minor print or embroidery placement variation

  • Product no longer needed

  • Customer preference change

  • Product ordered by mistake

  • Slight loose threads that can be trimmed

  • Minor handwork or finishing variations

Return, exchange, replacement, and refund requests are subject to approval by the Muktaroopa team.

21. Damaged Product Replacement

Replacements will be provided if damaged goods are reported within the first 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must not be washed, altered, stitched, worn, or damaged after delivery.

  • Original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoice details should be retained.

  • The customer must provide necessary proof through WhatsApp or Email.

  • Muktaroopa must approve the request after reviewing the proof.

If the damage is reported after 24 hours of delivery, the request may not be accepted.

22. Proof Required for Damaged Goods

To process a damaged product claim, Muktaroopa may require the customer to share proof through WhatsApp or Email.

Proof may include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Clear video of the damaged product

  • Unboxing video, if available

  • Photos of the outer package

  • Photos of the damaged area

  • Order number

  • Delivery date

  • Customer name and phone number

  • A brief description of the issue

Muktaroopa may specifically require a video of the damaged product before processing the request.

If sufficient proof is not provided, the request may be rejected.

23. Replacement Process

If your damaged product claim is approved, the replacement process may follow these steps:

  1. You report the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. You share the required photos, videos, and order details through WhatsApp or Email.

  3. Our team reviews the request.

  4. If approved, we may ask you to return the damaged package to us.

  5. Once we receive the damaged package, we inspect and verify the product.

  6. After verification, we dispatch a brand new replacement piece at no additional cost to you.

The replacement will usually be for the same product, subject to stock availability.

If the same product is unavailable, Muktaroopa may offer a suitable alternative, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.

24. Replacement Shipping

Once an approved damaged package is received and verified by us, we will dispatch a brand new replacement piece at no cost to the customer.

This free replacement applies only to approved damaged product claims.

Muktaroopa will not cover replacement shipping for unapproved claims, late claims, change-of-mind requests, incorrect size selection, or issues not considered valid damage.

25. Refund Policy

As of now, refunds are only made available to customers who receive completely damaged products and are able to supply necessary proof to us through WhatsApp or Email.

Refund approval is not automatic.

Refunds are reviewed case by case and may be approved only when:

  • The product is completely damaged.

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos are provided.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and not damaged after delivery.

  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are retained where applicable.

  • Muktaroopa verifies and approves the claim.

If approved, refund processing timelines may depend on the payment method, bank, Cashfree, Razorpay, or other payment processing systems.

26. Refund Rejection

Refund requests may be rejected if:

  • The damage is reported after 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product is not completely damaged.

  • The proof provided is unclear or insufficient.

  • The product has been used, worn, washed, stitched, altered, or dry-cleaned.

  • Tags, labels, packaging, or accessories are missing.

  • The issue is caused by customer handling.

  • The claim is based on minor colour variation.

  • The claim is based on change of mind.

  • The customer selected the wrong size.

  • The product is returned without approval.

  • The product is not received by us when return is requested.

  • The claim appears fraudulent or misleading.

Muktaroopa reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after reviewing the case.

27. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Situations

The following situations are generally not eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Customer no longer wants the product

  • Customer ordered the wrong product

  • Customer selected the wrong size

  • Customer provided incorrect address

  • Customer refused delivery

  • Product was delivered but not reported within 24 hours

  • Product has been used, worn, washed, altered, stitched, or dry-cleaned

  • Product has stains, perfume, body odour, makeup marks, or signs of use

  • Product tags or packaging are missing

  • Minor embroidery, print, or handwork variation

  • Minor loose threads

  • Slight fabric texture variation

  • Delay caused by courier or customer unavailability

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

28. Colour, Fabric & Handwork Variation

Muktaroopa products may include delicate fabrics, prints, embroidery, sequins, stones, zari, lace, tassels, beadwork, jacquard work, or handcrafted detailing.

Slight variation in colour, motif placement, embroidery, threadwork, shine, texture, print alignment, or finishing may occur.

These are not considered defects unless the product is received in a clearly damaged condition.

Customers should also note that product colours may appear slightly different due to:

  • Screen brightness

  • Mobile display settings

  • Photography lighting

  • Studio lighting

  • Outdoor lighting

  • Editing or image compression

Such variations do not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.

29. Size & Fit
